Function

Automatically activates the window under the mouse pointer.

Inputs

CX_PRIORITY  --  The priority of the commodity

LAG  --  Wait for the next timer event to activate the window

MIDMOUSEPREVENTSACTIVATION  --  Don't activate the window under the
                                mouse if middle mouse button is pressed
