Function

Interprets a Rexx program through the shared Regina interpreter library.

Inputs

script - Rexx source or tokenized program; if omitted or "-", source
         is read from standard input.
arguments - Parameters passed to the program.
options - Trace, interactive, argument, version, compile, and
          tokenized-image switches described by Regina.

Result

Runs the program and returns an interpreter exit status.

Notes

Unlike the standalone rexx executable, regina supports external
function packages registered through the SAA interface.
