Runs the standalone Regina Rexx interpreter without the SAA external- function interface.
Inputs
script - Rexx program or standard input when omitted. arguments - Program parameters.
Result
Runs the program and returns an interpreter exit status.
Notes
This executable is built without the shared Regina SAA interface. Use regina for SAA external-function packages.
